Good food doesn't have to be slow!
Fresh vegetables are a cornerstone of a healthy diet, and none taste better or satisfy more than veggies freshly picked from your backyard
garden. Fast Food Gardens is founded on the idea that home-cooked
meals shouldn’t be exclusive of convenience.
For Beginners
If you’ve never grown vegetables before, let us design and install your very first plot. We’ll select plants suited to the tastes and
nutritional needs of you and your family. Our specially prepared
maintenance guides tell you exactly how to care for each member of
your garden and simplify chores.

Take a look at our design page. We group vegetables by families to make fertilization and crop rotation easier. Each plot is customized
for the season of installation- just choose your favorite veggies from
the list. Once you’ve selected your plots and plants, we’ll pick the
best arrangement of plots to fit your space. Then check out our
installation page for a listing of extras to enhance your garden’s
productivity and appearance. We can even schedule regular maintenance
appointments to lend a hand when your life gets too hectic.
In this example, a family has chosen four plots and upgraded with
brick edging around each one for extra weed control.
Customization and Specialty
For more experienced gardeners, we can revamp existing beds, replace
unproductive annual beds with edibles, and coach for better yields.
Maybe you’ve been frustrated in the past when tomato plants dry up
without warning in mid-June, or anguished as a hoard of hungry
caterpillars devoured your spring greens. Central Texas has unique
soil and climate conditions that present both boons and challenges to
gardeners. Fast Food Gardens offers detailed planting guides tailored
to this area. From planting to harvest, Fast Food Gardens will bring
out the best in your garden.
Even apartment-dwellers can grow food at home. We’re happy to
customize container plantings or raised beds to fit the smallest
outdoor spaces.
